Returns & refunds

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons. It's the right of withdrawal provided by EU Directive 2011/83.

The product must be: • Intact, not used beyond what is necessary to verify nature and functionality (as you would in a physical store) • Complete with tags, accessories and original packaging • Without traces of dirt, wear, odours or prolonged use

(1) Write to info@hybridathletesgear.com with your order number and the products you want to return. We reply within one business day confirming the return and giving you the shipping address.

(2) Pack the product in its original box, including a copy of the order confirmation or a sheet with the order number. Ship via a tracked courier of your choice.

(3) When we receive the parcel we verify the product condition within 5 business days. If all is in order, we process the refund to the same payment method as the order.

Return shipping is at your expense if you're exercising the right of withdrawal (change of mind, wrong size, etc.).

We pay when: • The product arrived defective or not as described • The product was damaged during shipping • We made an error (wrong product, wrong size on our side)

In these cases, write first to info@hybridathletesgear.com and we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost upon receipt.

Once we verify the returned product, we process the refund within 5 business days to the same payment method used for the order. From Stripe it's instant, but crediting to your account may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

The refund covers the product price. Initial shipping costs (delivery) are not refunded when exercising right of withdrawal for change of mind.
