Description
The Vaporfly 4 is Nike most versatile super-shoe, redesigned to be 10 percent lighter than Vaporfly 3. Ridiculous weight: 151g (W US 8.5). ZoomX foam midsole with new Alphafly-inspired geometry and full-length carbon fiber Flyplate for maximum propulsion. 35mm heel / 29mm forefoot stack (6mm drop, measured 34.1mm heel), well within the 40mm World Athletics limit. Ultra-light engineered mesh upper, recalibrated standard lacing, full-coverage rubber in forefoot for race grip. Built as multi-distance racer: particular shine from 5K to half marathon (for full marathon Nike now positions Alphafly 3 as primary choice). For hybrid athletes: this is the shoe for high-level running races, especially if under 75 kg. Stable for a super-shoe but demands clean form.
